enhancing their digital competence and to learn how there is a negative, circular relationship
between online harms and mental health, to strengthen the individual’s wellbeing and boost digital
resilience.

On Thursday 19th and Friday 20th October, the stem4 team headed to Westfield Stratford City for its ‘Future You’ event. This completely free event offered four days of workshops, talks, and activities for 12 to 24 year olds, providing opportunities to learn a range of new skills.
stem4 spend the day at Rays of Sunshine’s ‘Inside & Out’ event – 22nd October 2023
On Sunday 22nd October, the stem4 team had the pleasure of attending Rays of Sunshine’s ‘Inside & Out’ event at the Oxo Tower on London’s Southbank. Rays of Sunshine is an outstanding charity that brightens the lives of seriously ill children across the UK, and this event provided free activities, performances, and support for their Wish families.
Taking a look back at stem4’s Youth Mental Health Day 2023
stem4’s Youth Mental Health Day 2023 took place on Tuesday 19th September. This year’s theme was #BeBrave, and stem4 encouraged young people to reflect on what bravery means to them, instilling the confidence and building the courage they need to become the best versions of themselves.
