Schools

Supporting the mental health and wellbeing of students at school and college

At stem4, we partner with schools to provide practical, evidence-based mental health support for students, teachers, and families. Our resources are designed to help young people build resilience through learning to manage anxiety, low mood, stress, and other mental health challenges, while equipping staff, parents and carers with practical information and easy-to-use tools that fit seamlessly into both the school day and home life.

Clear Fear for Schools

Clear Fear for Schools (CFS) is a brand new digital programme based on the award-winning Clear Fear app. Designed to provide early anxiety support and resilience building for all students, and developed by Dr. Nihara Krause MBE, CFS uses clinically proven strategies to help students identify triggers, manage anxious thoughts, and build resilience.

  • Self-Management: Students access guided coaching tools to manage stress and anxiety.
  • Whole School Approach: Resources for all students, teachers, and parents/carers.
  • Evidence-Based: Built on research and co-created with schools and young people.
  • Data Insights: Anonymous analytics allow school leaders to track trends and measure impact.

“Being able to provide everyone with a trusted resource that genuinely works has been a real game-changer.”
— Amanda Collyer, Student Support and Wellbeing Manager, Howard of Effingham School
