About Dr Nihara Krause

Dr Nihara Krause is an award-winning Consultant Clinical Psychologist and CEO of stem4. She is the clinical creator of the stem4 digital portfolio of 5 mental health apps and the Head Ed digital literacy programme, and has also created the MINDYOUR5 wellbeing programme. Nihara has contributed to the House of Lords cyberbullying enquiry and has been involved with the ‘Empathy Project’ for Facebook and with Snapchat’s ‘Take my Words’ project, supporting parents and carers to have enhanced communication with young people about online behaviours.
