The Third Sector awards recognise the achievements of charities and stem4 was thrilled to win the ‘Digital Innovation of the Year’ award for our Calm Harm app at the award ceremony on Thursday 19th September.
This is awarded to a charity or social enterprise that is pushing the boundaries of digital technology to reach supporters, donors, or beneficiaries. With 12 per cent of children between the ages of five and 19 presenting with self-harm (NHS Digital), stem4’s Calm Harm app has been developed to enable young people to resist or manage the urge to self-harm.
