Get ready for Youth Mental Health Day 2022!

Join us on the new date of 22nd September to celebrate #YMHD 2022 and the #ConnectMeaningfully message.

What is #YMHD?
Youth Mental Health Day (YMHD), founded by stem4, encourages understanding & discussion of mental health in young people, enabling them to live happy & healthy lives all year round. Each year, the day aims to get young people, and those who support them, talking about how to improve mental health.

Why #ConnectMeaningfully?
Young people have missed out on developing important social connections over the past two years as a result of the pandemic.

By focusing on ways to catch up on making meaningful connections & developing a solid support system, #YMHD 2022 will invite young people everywhere to reflect on how their relationships with those around them have changed over the last couple of years. Young people will be asked to share how they can make genuine connections, and then foster positive relationships that support good mental health.

What can you expect this Youth Mental Health Day?
We’ve created comprehensive resources to help you get the most out of #YMHD 2022.
