Santa Parkrun on Wimbledon Common

Self-harm can be mental as well as physical

I learned that self-harm does not have to mean physically hurting yourself, it can be a mental situation e.g. your mind telling you things. It's good to know that the app exists so you don’t feel alone/ isolated because there is help.

Workshop experience
