stem4 is proud to announce the theme for Parent Mental Health Day 2025: #ScreenSmartParenting. On 30 January 2025, join us in raising awareness about the connection between parents’ mental health and family wellbeing with a focus on fostering healthy digital habits to support the mental health of young people.

Why #ScreenSmartParenting?

The digital world is a double-edged sword offering opportunities for connection but also posing challenges for mental health. This year’s theme addresses growing concerns about how screen time and online activity impact families’ wellbeing. With tailored resources and training, stem4 empowers families to navigate the digital age with confidence, balance and positivity.
