At stem4, we are pleased to be supported by GoodGood Studio, a new wellness space in Wimbledon that shares our commitment to improving mental health for children and young people.
Good Karma ~ Stem and Flow
On Saturday 16 May 2026 from 14:00 to 16:30, GoodGood Studio will host Good Karma Stem and Flow, a thoughtfully curated afternoon of movement, breath, and creativity designed to support wellbeing while raising funds for stem4.
GoodGood Studio has generously donated the space, meaning all proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to stem4, helping us continue to provide free, accessible mental health support to young people across the UK.
What the Event Includes
The afternoon brings together three calming and creative experiences
- A slow flow yoga session led by Jenna designed to release tension, soften the body, and support grounding
- Breathwork and a sound bath to encourage relaxation and help regulate the nervous system
- A flower arranging workshop led by Balham based florist Ania where participants will create a seasonal bouquet to take home
Together, these elements create a restorative experience that encourages presence, calm, and connection.
Supporting Young People’s Mental Health
As a Wimbledon based charity, we are especially grateful to be supported locally by GoodGood Studio. Partnerships like this help us continue our mission to ensure that young people can access early, effective mental health support.
