- A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our first ever STEM4 Quiz Night on November 22nd at the Sacred Heart Church Hall, Wimbledon. It was a great success, with more than 190 people packing the hall, together raising £2880 for the charity. Speaking at the event Dr Nihara Krause, CEO of STEM4 said: “We are very grateful to Heather Bechman and the STEM4 fundraising team for all their hard work in organising such an excellent evening. Thanks also to the many young helpers from Coombe Girls School, Surbiton High School, Ursuline High School, Kingston College, Kingston Grammar School and Esher College who helped to make the event run smoothly, and also to the many local businesses and individuals who showed their support by donating raffle prizes.” Following the success of the evening, we are now looking to make the Quiz Night an annual event in our fundraising calendar.
