• A massive thank you to Ivette Landino whose drive and flair made this second Zumbathon possible.Ivette did an amazing job of organising the whole event and make things go smoothly on the day by involving wonderful Zumba instructors (Andreina Da Silva,Angela Oliveira,Angisaid Hernandez,Antje Nilforoushan,Dannie Toomey,Jose Betancourt,Sigi Kauntz,Zaimi Williams,and Ivette herself of course), DJs (Mama con Yuka and Carola Aleman) and a number of helpers including special guest Laura Broker. Ivette’s immense enthusiasm was completely infectious attracting a huge and willing crowd of approximately 120 people to this fast paced, exciting and well run event .With pulses racing the dancing continued for a solid 3 hours!!!
  • We are also hugely grateful to TJ Lim without whose promotion of stem4 and a Chance to Play at Unicredit and generous personal sponsorship
    ( which even extended to providing wine and delicious lebanese nibbles for all participants afterwards) this event would not have been possible.
  • Our thanks too must go to UNICREDIT who kindly agreed to match all funds raised by participants with the total shared between stem4 and a Chance to play.We are thrilled that they were keen to support our two charities reflecting a desire to unite with us in the common cause of improving the lives of children and young people at home and abroad.
    Finally we must extend our gratitude to Andres Landino who spent a hot afternoon taking photographs and shooting a video of the proceedings;
  • Watch this space for photos and a video proving that that immense fun was had by all in spite of sore muscles and sweating brows which resulted in funds raised to be split between the two charities of almost £10,000!!!
