How about setting your own personal or team challenge through Swim the Distance? Set your target over a month and choose to support stem4 through your sponsorship endeavours. 

There’s no need to travel – you can Swim The Distance wherever you are. Your local pool, out in the open water, in a lake, your favourite lido… it’s up to you!

Whether you’ve just learned to swim or are a competitive swimmer pushing to beat your PB, there is a challenge that will suit your needs!

You are in control – complete your challenge as fast or slow as you wish, be that in one session or many – it’s totally up to you. You have the whole month to swim your distance.
