The annual Wimbledon Common Santa 5k Parkrun takes place this Saturday 14th December and this year stem4 is the beneficiary of their Christmas collection.

Anyone is welcome to along to what is sure to be a great charity event! Runners are encouraged to wear red or fancy dress, with many choosing to don a Santa hat – but guests are welcome too for support, encouragement and festive cheer! The parkrun itself is free, but mince pies and a donation are welcomed. The suggested donation is a pound, though many runners find a fiver is less annoying in the running shorts, and since they are now plastic, there’s no excuse that they might get sweaty!

A team of stem4 volunteers will be there from 8.30am at the Windmill Car Park with collection buckets and supporting the runners. Post race we will enjoy a festive time with cakes, mince pies and more!
