- Our thanks go to Debbie Blott for generously hosting an interesting evening with rug designer, Tania Johnson. Tania gave an excellent presentation introducing us to the world of custom, contemporary, hand knotted rugs. Tania uses combinations of Himalayan wool, Chinese silk and pashmina in intricate design all hand-knotted by Artisans in Nepal to exceptional ethical and quality standards. Annie Armitage, a photographer who specialises in Urban teenage photographs also contributed her services to a competition on the night. Debbie generously hosted the event and all proceeds were donated to STEM4, an amazing £541.
