Who can take part?
Are you:
- Between 17 – 25 years old?
- Living in the UK?
- Using an iPhone /iPad or Android device?
- Someone who has a generally negative opinion of yourself, are self-critical or place a negative value on yourself as a person?
- Someone who has a poor body image, eating-related issues, or an eating disorder?
- Not seeing a mental health professional for mental health difficulties?
If this sounds like you and you are interested in taking part, there are some further questions that we will need to ask you to ensure that it will be safe for you to take part.
