Head Ed, stem4’s new library of digital resources for secondary schools will be available from the Autumn term 2019 and will be free of charge.

Head Ed is currently being created and incorporates the feedback we received from over 50 schools following the launch of a trial version. Head Ed will feature bite-size videos and student tasks tailored to specific age-groups. Lessons can be delivered in short sessions such as tutor time or grouped together for a full-length lesson when available on the timetable.

The first lesson themes to be launched will be stress, anxiety, depression and building resilience. Head Ed has been created with the new guidance given by DfE in February 2019 in mind (Relationship Education, Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Health Education, Draft statutory guidance for governing bodies, proprietors, headteachers, principals, senior leadership teams, teachers).

Schools can register to receive a username and password for Head Ed by emailing education@stem4.org.uk.
