- A massive thank you to Head Girl, HIBA AJAZ and Head Boy, JOE KRAUTH of Higham Lane School who together with assistant Head girl Sophie Rowley (leader of the charities group in their student body ; ‘STUDENT VOICE’ ) and the ‘JUNIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM’ organised a NON-UNIFORM day at Higham Lane School, Nuneaton, Warwickshire in aid of STEM4 . This was a massive undertaking and though organised immediately before mock exams when everyone was under pressure was a spectacular success. During the course of the day they promoted the charity sold cakes, handed out leaflets, pins and bracelets and asked all students for a donation in exchange for being allowed to come to school without wearing a uniform. The day was a resounding success raising £1374 which will enable STEM4 to run a conference and a workshop. We are immensely grateful to Hiba,Joe,Sophie and the teams of helpers for all their hard work and effort.
