Anxiety module

Through this module, you will gain an understanding of the topic of anxiety. You will learn that anxiety is a natural reaction when your body is trying to defend itself against threat.

However, sometimes this defence reaction becomes too extreme, lasts too long or can be triggered when defence isn’t required. This can create a range of unpleasant physical, thought-based and behavioural symptoms. There are many effective ways to overcome unhelpful anxiety.
