stem4 has announced the release of “How to #ControlYourScroll: A Guide for Young People” , written by Dr. Nihara Krause MBE (Consultant Clinical Psychologist and stem4 CEO and Founder).

This guide, produced as a free resource for Youth Mental Health Day 2024, aims to help young people manage their digital wellbeing. It offers practical advice on setting screen time boundaries, understanding the impact of social media on mental health, and developing healthier online habits, empowering young people to make positive changes for their mental health in the digital age​.
